upgrade starting on Friday, May 4th at 9:00 PM MT through Monday, May

You betcha. I think what aggravates me the most is that can
still say it's up 24x7, because 'scheduled maintenance
windows' don't count.

In most (if not all) cases I have found the second generation tools
(SIS, Support Portal, IBM Link, z/OS Internet Library,) to be
inferior to the systems they replaced.
Performance, availability, and ease of use have all suffered. The only
item I can give a passing grade to is content. (and

involved. Seems like a contractual violation, maybe if their monthly stipend is

it, this outage may well be justifiable. If not, not.
