I have an old IPCS custom panel! The default local ASID is already 154.
This dump is from a customer but the attached log shows a IEA794I
message, so it's a captured SVC dump and I assume it's complete. PSATOLD
and PSATNEW are both zero which why I suspect another ASID is the
culprit.

The standard IBM utility to unload a PDS is IEBCOPY. TRANSMIT uses IEBCOPY to
unload the PDS and then encapsulates in in a transmittable format.

a friend that goes to Vermont. After taking off from Atlanta they got
rerouted to Ft Myers, FL and spent 14 hours waiting for a new plan. Ended up in
