I think there's a difference between a z10 and previous generations.
For a z10 the CBU record is de-activated after 10 days, but the machine is
no longer kneecapped. It is set back to its original capacity.

Well, as far as I can tell, (and I am no HMC expert here) the EC number for
HMC Framework is N10976 with a activated level of 70 (what ever that
means). We were at level 65 prior to this. If you need any more info, point
me to the proper screens in the HMC and I can get it for you.
