Have you reviewed the manuals to see what is involved with archives and online functions? Your shop may be offloading to an archive function. Or your shop may be deleting data older that a specific time. If you are not the CA 7 administrator at your shop, you should contact your CA7

I am not very CA-7 literate. But, as others have indicated, you may need to go against the unloaded CA-7 log data. I know that our Production Control people do this, somehow. But, as an alternative, I will mention that you might be able to get similar information by looking at the SMF 30, type 5
