Mark Zelden's IPLINFO will show you how many CADS are in use:
The current number of CADS (MAXCADs) in use is 38.
The maximum number of CADS (MAXCADs) used since IPL is 38.

And the cross-platform Calibre does nicely - for laptops/desktops. I use

Hello,
I miss-coded an exit and provoked a loop in the console address space.
Fortunately I had the Ca-Sysview to see at what address the exit was looping,
and then I altered the memory to branch to zero, and after an svcdump, the
console address space was no more looping.

The reason you cannot find information about what you want to do is that
it is not possible using only the data provided with this ENF signal. The
ENF signal documentation and data is quite clear.

Hi
Thank you very much.
The other option for my purpose, is to react for the HC messages.
If I see a HZS0003E message, a high severity exception occured.
I have an ENF listener application, it could maintain this HZQUERY
status, but maybe with the HZS messages
is simpler.
Thank you

Ken,
I believe that DFW cannot be turned off on 2105 and 2107 emulation.
CFW can still be set inactive, but the recommendation for HDS is to leave it
turned on. CFW reduces cache usage significantly as there is only one copy
of the write, and the CFW queues are treated differently to DFW. There

No, it's not. The HZS message id for each check can be customized in that the

Small tip: change .EPUB to .ZIP and simply unpack it. You'll get HTML

Of if you use Firefox browser, just install the EPUBReader extension
and use Firefox. Works on Fedora Linux and presumably would work on the
many other platforms supported by Firefox.

Hello
I don't think OMVS is by default a subsystem.
So you probably have to define OMVS as a subsystem in IEFSSNxx.
SUBSYS SUBNAME(OMVS)
Then you can choose with record type you want to write or not in SMFPRMxx
SUBSYS(OMVS,NOTYPE(30))
Best regards
