Well I ended up with 2 problems I had to copy over the Liberty zFS to my LPAR And I had to pull a zOSMF zFS down from IBM I mounted them both and low and behold ANG1 and AVR1 came up Still fighting a HTTPS problem but I am miles further. Thank you all for your kind assistance
