Second, this call can only return 0 or -1. Check that you're really
looking at RETCODE. Also,

GETHOSTBYNAME.
As Don said, the only RETCODE values for GETHOSTBYNAME are 0 and -1.

You can subscribe with your home email. Again, 21 or 43 aren't listed

If you really are getting other than 0 or -1, you should open an ETR
