I wanted to personally thank IBM for their commitment to 24/7 downtime
for electronic support. Somehow SR escaped the 24/7 down requirements,
so I can still create PMRs. Searching, not so much.
Seems like there ought to be a contractual obligation

I was trying to do some diagnostics to determine the common point
of failure.
Well, just a few minutes ago, here on my home Linux systems, I
was able to get to IBM.com and then directly into "Ibmlink".
So now I have a circumvention.
