For CICS extra partition sysout datasets, you can first close all of the
indirect tdq's pointing the the DDNAME.
IE: for CEEMSG DD, close TDQ CESE: CEMT SET TDQ(CESE) CLO
Others DDnames may have more than 1 tdq using it so you will have to find all
of them.

It uses Z/os catalog services and allows wild card patterns to be specified for
the input datasets (passed in the parm field) which can be either MVS or HFS

You can issue any CICS CEMT command from the console as from a regular 3270
terminal.
Just define the console id to CICS and make sure that both the CICS APPLID and
the USERID issuing the CEMT commands have RACF
