I believe you were looking for the information equivalent to ISMF option 7.5
"Source Data Set ACS Routine Translate
You could use DCOLLECT
DCOLLECT OUTFILE(AMSOUT) SMSDATA(SCDS())
The AI record contains information about the ACS routine datasets

The record is mapped by the IDCDOUT macro.
