I you like the OpenOffice form facilities you can always use them with
PostgreSQL or MySQL (or another RDBMS) as the backend. Since
OpenOffice supports RDBMS connectivity, you're not limited to using
it's features with OO Base.

There could be other restrictions (e.g. not permitting redistribution of
