Our iwebmsg shuts down (not crashes) at least once or twice daily, and
if we use our Killer Web templates, every 3 hours or so it shuts down.
I would say that is a major issue.

I can tell you this. If the you have restricted the users mailbox to lets
say 5MB, then you may not see any problem, but my users are company users
and I have their mailboxes set at 500MB. Most of them are pretty close to
