Ficus arnottiana is my *guess*. The tips of branchlets bear long stipules
(?); and fig-like (?) paired sessile structures found in the lower axils.
Leaf tips seem to be caudate-acuminate (as seen in the bottom-right corner
of the 2nd pic). Sapium has terminal inflorescence.

reddish/purplish streaks or red streak is not mentioned in keys by many
authors. M. concanensis is very large tree whereas M.oleifera is medium
sized tree.

information about the size of flowers (I prefer to keep coin, scale or hand
behind objects for judging the size) can help in identification of this

your guidance I would think that this is probably M.oleifera... since it is
not a very large tree, did not notice any flowering before march ...
