Looks like the Easter bunny delivered more than just eggs this morning
as conditions were certainly vastly improved on yesterday. A fair
number of carriers, and they seemed to be pretty well all TPs rather
than DUs. Some decent audio from Japan on 594, 693 and 774 in the
1215-1230 period.
Listened from 1205-1252. Conditions here somewhat improved over previous days.
180 Russia, Radio Rossii 1208 weak with music.
279 Russia, Radio Rossii 1209 weak.
774 Japan, JOUB 1205 fair. Good 1243.
873 Japan, JOGB 1241 weak.

I have a short clip of what sounds very much like an ID for this
station. From here, given the condition of the frequency, this would be
an excellent catch, so if anyone is familiar with this station, please
