As many of you know, I am a lockmith on the Oregon Coast. I have been
one for nearly 30 years. I took the business over from my father. Well,
tonight I got a knock on my door, just as I was typing the KRRZ tip a
bit ago. I answered it and it was my neighbor's son. He could not get an

Hi Patrick, I'm sorry to hear about your neighbors passing..I too
don't handle those type of situations very well either. There have
been 6 deaths including my father in the last 3 years and they were
all close neighbors. I hope you feel better soon.
Sincerely,

Dennis,
You huge carrier on 1098 must have been the Marshall Is. They leave it
on AN. They run 25 KW. If they modulated a bit more, I would hear them
as often as Tahiti or Hawaii.

That huge carrier on 1098 should be from the Marshall Islands as they
typically leave OC on AN. This can get out well and I have honestly had the

How far apart are you keeping the radio and MD apart? I found that if I
separate them by 3 feet or more, I don't have the hash problem. I record

The Sony ICD-SX57 has a very convenient in-line recording jack which
accepts a stereo mini-plug, and cuts out the microphone inputs completely.
You

I can remember having this conversation once before on this, possibly with
