Sounds more like French (Creole) or possibly Spanish. I'm not sure...lot of noise and I don't have the facility to reduce the noise here... I haven't heard the Lubavitcher station in at least a year. Either it's off or it's overwhelmed by the Boston (Haiatian-Creole) or Spanish-language

Had pretty much given up on any TA action tonight, as nothing much heard with occasional checks through the evening, but around 0515UT, a sudden appearance of reasonable carriers and SAH on 1215. Still fading in and out at 0535UT, but only other audible carrier (quite weak) has been 1269.
