A few comments on Chuck's rules. To step 5, I would restart the PC after it's powered down, run a few key programs, then shut it down. I've found from experience that weird things occasionally happen when a computer boots up so this is one further sanity check. There's a notorious malware

FWIW, I just updated to Win10 a few days ago. The Perseus works fine with the Perseus software and HDSDR. It will also work with Studio1, but at the moment the software receives KIRO-710 regardless of the frequency I have entered. I have the same problem with the Elad, so it's a software

You got it Chuck, Laptop will not recognize the Perseus hardware. Been trying drivers all day to no avail. Zadig installer included. The signed drivers by Nico are a dead link. Huge Win 10 update installed uncommanded on July 4 while visiting Denver with the laptop. No restore point created. I

Steve, I'm not aware of any daytimers on 850 that were given sunset + 2 hours. KFUO in Clayton (St. Louis), Missouri (Neil, I think this is the station you were thinking of earlier) is allowed to stay on until sunset in Denver, but, AFAIK, every other daytimer on 850 -- WQRM included --
