[IRCA] 1020 Tone

For whatever reason, the 1020 tone is not making it up this far north. Even with semi-local CKVH phased down into the noise, I don't hear any tone, tho there is another unidentified station there. This is opposite to the 1610 tone which was here every night it was on. Mike in St Isidore, AB
