I have a 22 pound Hallicrafters that I am dying to get my first TP's on!
Or... is that too light?
How heavy does a heavy have to be?
Perhaps mine is a welterweight.

Actually, conditions are at their peak the day of a Ulr summit

I am beginning to think that the E1 is all the radio that most

QA issues - I have not encountered any badness.
I would love to see a new E1 with a color LCD and something with

For the first half of the night, the most southerly BOG was fantastic, picking
up all the above stations. For the most part, the other BOGs had little or no
DU activity. Quite remarkable that the southerly BOG would have a strong DU

2 words. Holy Smoley.
Not sure that Smoley is actually a word... but.
The hills were alive with the sounds of TP's this morning!

Congratulations also to Colin on receiving his first stock Ultralight
radio TP, JOIB-747. Now perhaps Colin will better understand the raving
excitement of the Ultralight radio enthusiasts who are making dxer.ca one of
the
world's prime AM-DX hobby venues.
Thanks Gary! And I think we

Walter, I hope that you were listening this AM! I had 52 audios,
with 22 of them at 7 or above.
I will apologize in advance to my regular readers...
but I have not been up once to check the scene...
too much on my mind or something...
or I would rather count sheep than TP's...
Either way -
I had hoped that a modified E6, with its reported SSB capability,
could serve as a spotting receiver for my hotrodded E100 on my
upcoming adventure to coastal Peru. ...
