argument about the parallel's existence. But it caught me by surprise as I was
going out the door, and I never even looked at PAL for parallels, just made
sure it was recording.

Chinese low-band stations especially strong. 639-CNR1 had very strong signals
at 1410, and three stations were mixing on 738 this morning (BEL2, an UnID
Mainland Chinese station, and HLKG in Korean at ti

1566 HLAZ heard at 1340 UTC with talk fair signal.

At 14:00, I think things are little down at my QTH compared to yesterday at
the same time. Although I agree 1575 VOA is quite strong. Great, clear
modulation. I'm not hearing any of the 2nd tier stations that were

heard on the frequency.
By way of reference, the 2013 WRTH does show Radio Taiwan International
broadcasting on that frequency in Chinese with 300 kW to East Asia from
1300-1700UT daily.
