It doesn’t appear patterns are there. Last night 702 kHz carried FRENCH at ! At 0059 it was probably in Kurdish // 1512 kHz. At 0100 it separated from 1512 kHz, playing NA. 1323 kHz was still off. There is supposed be an Azeri program broadcast starting at 0320UT, but it has been heard earlier, according to Mauno Ritola. I was hoping that the listed 1323 parallel was available, but couldn't find it on any of the KiwiSDRs.
