closes the connexion when it encounters one with an APPEND.

A while ago I also had to migrate to Exchange (365 online in my case). I
encountered many errors while trying to sync. The errors I saw made no sense
to me, making it seem that Exchange was failing to parse the messages.

moving from mbsync to offlineimap because I couldn't make the former
work.
