jdk1.2.2 can't work with star office

As a test I tried jdk1.2.2 with staroffice 5.1 on my NT box. It appears to work fine. During the installation it did locate the new jdk. On another win98 box it did not locate the new jdk and went ahead and installed jdk1.1.7. I have not tried it yet on my linux box. Your problem may have som

Hi, I downloaded jdk-1.2.2-RC3-linux-i386.tar.gz and installed it on a PIII machine running RedHat 6.1. Everything seems working fine until I installed StarOffice 5.1. When I run staroffice, it always complains it can't find a shared library file in jre. the following is the error message: preOpe
