I can't say for sure, but here's what I think for what it's worth. It most likely has something to do with how your system is set to receive email messages. I pick up mine as HTML where others might use plain text. Check your settings out to see if that might make a difference. David Ferrin

Have you ascertained whether or not some of the information in the PDF is photographic? If it is, you'll be out of luck. Unless you happen to have Kurzweil and can print the document via the KESI Virtual Printer. Perhaps OpenBook has a similar feature, but I'm not aware of it.

Hi John, By comparison, I have found that 6.2 is definitely more stable than 7.1, of course that is on my systems. I would say give 7.1 a try, and if you find that it doesn't play nice on your system, then go back to 6.2. I have versions 4.51 thru 8.0 installed on this particular machine, and I
