Hi Don, I think you may want to give Win rar a shot also. It's pretty cheap and it lets you compress entire folders, while keeping the actual folder in the file, something that WinZip lacks. It's completely Jaws friendly, from what I've seen of the program and I use it quite a bit. Anyway,

Hey Denny, I tried to use the drag and drop in my Window live to move some contacts around, but it doesn't work. I got focus on the name I wanted to move and press insert+ctrl+c and then I arrowed up to the place I wanted the name to be, and press insert ctrl c to drop. So what do I do now?
