I would agree however, cut and paste would not work here. Thanks for
the help though.

Rachael,
As far as I know,
Yes, you should be able to. Just log on to the user you want and make the
changes. It shouldn't affect the other user.

One situation where I need drag and drop is when there is a quiz
associated with our online inservice training at work. You have to
match questions with correct anxwers. This involves dragging the
correct answer over to the question.

Hi Don,
I think you may want to give Win rar a shot also.
It's pretty cheap and it lets you compress entire folders, while keeping the
actual folder in the file, something that WinZip lacks.
It's completely Jaws friendly, from what I've seen of the program and I use
it quite a bit.
Anyway,
Hey Denny,
I tried to use the drag and drop in my Window live to move some contacts
around, but it doesn't work.
I got focus on the name I wanted to move and press insert+ctrl+c and then I
arrowed up to the place I wanted the name to be, and press insert ctrl c to
drop.
So what do I do now?
It's up on the programs page, I forgot it was up there until I looked just a
short time ago.

Patti, need some more information please. Do all your folders say that? If not
it sounds like there is another folder in there. Try while on the deleted
folder arrowing down one time and see if there is another folder in it.

Hi Patricia,
I have Outlook 2003, and this is what you need to do.
Hit ALT-T for Tools.
Hit O for Options.
This puts you in a properties sheet. The first tab that you will land
on his Preferences. Go to the Email Preferences button and hit the
spacebar. Go to the Advanced Email Options and
Thanks Donny, she is looking I guess for a quick fix so that like in outlook

Does anyone know of a quick tutorial or whatever discussing how to create a
distribution list in Outlook, not Outlook Express? Thanks in advance. I
looked on the jaws-user page and there doesn't seem to be one present, which
surprised me given how well maintained that page is.
Not sure what version of Outlook you are using, but here are instructions
for Outlook 2003.
Creating a distribution list in Outlook 2003.
1. Go to the address book, control shift b.
2. Do an alt f for file and press enter on, new entry.
3. Arrow down to, distribution list and press enter.
4.
I forgot to mention that you can also do a, control shift l from the inbox
and this will open a new distribution list dialogue.

Are you using the regular insert key or the caps lock as your insert key?
When you use the caps lock key as the insert key, it doesn't want to open
the attachment.

Yes we should. There is a section on the homepage of the FS website that has
a section with a link for those of us running Windows XP and Windows 2000. I
have already done this. If you are running JAWS 8 and go to the help menu
and choose check for updates, you can get it from there or you can
I tried to install this but ran into some problems..
I saved the setup file to my documents and unzipped it and inside was one
itme..tools, I entered on that and another item appeared..rskit and after
enter on that was configuration and I just felt soemthing wasn't right here
so I canceled
The strangest thing is happening.
I upgraded to the newest jfw update and now its behaving weird. Whenever I
try to use the jaws key and down arrow for a say all, it tells me Unknown
function, but starts reading anyway.
Has anyone else noticed this?
Regards
Kerryann
actually you should be updated already if you visit www.windowsupdate.com
and check for updates there.
