To get to the JAWS help, you press INSERT+J, then H for the help (or ALT+H if not running JAWS from the System Tray). INSERT+H isn't any keystroke that I know of. If what you want is JAWS context help for WMP, then the keystroke is INSERT+F1, assuming there is help created for the application.

Jason, This is a feature of the Control + PageDown keystroke, although it should be cleared when Word is closed and reopened - do you by any chance have more than one session of Word open? If so, try closing them all down. Control + PageDown and Control + PageUp do a find next and find previous.
