To get to the JAWS help, you press INSERT+J, then H for the help (or ALT+H
if not running JAWS from the System Tray). INSERT+H isn't any keystroke that
I know of.
If what you want is JAWS context help for WMP, then the keystroke is
INSERT+F1, assuming there is help created for the application.
Hello this is the shining-star,
I recently installed windows media player 10 and I can't get my Jaws help,

I press insert H, and nothing happens..

It's been a few years but if I remember correctly it's a basic text editor

I believe you can page up or down to change the date. Like I said it's been

This is going to be a good place for discussing gold wave, which for those
of you who don't know what it is in my opinion at least happens to be the
best sound file editor this side of a professional recording studio. I use
it myself and am probably going to join the list as well.

To find them, do the following:
1. Open the JAWS dialog, select Help, select JAWS Help Topics.
2. CTRL+TAB once to move from the Contents to the Index search dialog.
3. Enter the word "laptop" (without the quotes) into the search field.
4. TAB once and you should hear "Laptop Keystrokes." Press E

Jason,
This is a feature of the Control + PageDown keystroke, although it
should be cleared when Word is closed and reopened - do you by any
chance have more than one session of Word open? If so, try closing them

Control + PageDown and Control + PageUp do a find next and find

Just like what Walt said there are actually two clocks so to speak up on the

There is no physical clock. The "clock" is virtual and resides only in the
