Hello, Patti; first? if your going to remove a program from your computer, you want to have the program closed, otherwards, not running. now, I am not familiar with the program in question, however, if you did a reinstall, first, go to the systemtray, and see if you can't close the program

Did you reboot your system after you removed the program? Also, how did you remove it--I hope you used the Add and Remove Programs item in the Control Panel or the program's own uninstaller because if you just deleted the program's folder, that not only doesn't work, but it can leave your
