David, It all depends on what you intend to use the program for. If it's just live voice chat, then you'll be fine. But the text chat is a bit of a headache. They do have up to date scripts for Skype 4.0 written by Doug Lee. I'm using Skype 4.0 with the current scripts and it's working

Kathy, The scripts make using Skype a lot more Jaws friendly. And you can get scripts for any version of Skype. The more recent scripts are a .exe file. This means that you don't need to know how to install them. They install themselves. Just keep hitting the next button. Just make sure
