That is a very good question and from my personal experience
it may. Over the years, since ILM was introduced, some
changes in machine hardware have triggered this and some
have not. I have never been able to pinpoint specifically
which ones do. I would suggest calling Freedom Scientific
Insert space followed by the letter r will bring up an edit box.
Here you can type in data that you want to research.
For example if you want to research something besides what your default is,
you can type in that inquiry and press enter.
Then arrow down to the appropriate research for

I have upgraded the RAM in several computers and the only one that I had
any problems with was Dell.
You will have to go in and reinsert your locking code, I don't know why this

Research is great. However, the key press combination to launch it (inser
spaceBar r) is tricky for me. Seems you have to press it exactly right or you
will get either Jaws restriction message, or nothing at all. I have not
mastered a solution where it works correctly when pressed every time.
Upgrading your RAM will affect your authorisation chris, you'll need to
reactivate again once the machine is rebooted.

I am on a laptop computer and so the caps lock is used as the JAWS key.
When I hold down the caps lock and press space bar I hear home roe on. Then
if I press r I hear you must be in the jaws cursor to set restriction. What
should I do?

different than other key combinations. Hold down the JAWSKey and press
SpaceBar. Then release the JAWSKey. Now press R and you should be in the Edit
