If this has already been covered, I apologize. I cannot get on Webvisum
site nor can I use it with Firefox. I must have it in order to log in to a
site where they will not let you log in until you enter the "security code"
in the box!

I had the same problem as you and had to have sighted assistance to install
the update. What happens is a screen comes up that has unlabeled buttons
and my wife had to click on the I agree to the terms button and then on the
install button. I tried the Adobe website as well as a coupl

After download, navigate to the folder where you downloaded the file: press
enter to start the installation.
After install, unload Jaws (Usually Jaws will tell you that you installed a
new voice. It wil only be recognised after restarting JAWS).
Then start Jaws once again.
Go to Options > Voices
I'd be curious to know if the spacebar hint works in Word 2002.
