Just had to change to a new hard drive and since a copy (Ghost) of the old one
wasn't possible everything needed to be re-installed and some things aren't
working right. Jaws, version 11 is going silent when I put him in lists and
combo boxes. Example, I wanted to send an attachment

In windows live mail, groups of contacts are called categories, can details of
how to create and use them can be found in the contacts

If your wanting to create a group in windows live mail;
First of all, the group is referred to as,
Category,
So,
1, open windows live mail;
2, bring up the contacts with ctrl+3,
3, now press, ctrl+shift+g=create a new category.
Here you type in the name of group/category,
