I've only noticed it on my work computer. The thing that sounds different from what you did is that to insert a row, I hit the applications key, arrow down to cells, which has a sub menu. I hit the right arrow to open the sub menu, arrow down to insert, hit enter, then arrow down to insert sheet

I don't understand why you would need your mouse to close Excel. Have you thought of using the Alt+F4 keystroke? Also, its fairly simple to find the close button on the title bar, just turn on jaws cursor, press page up, and then the End key. The mouse will be positioned on the close button. pr
