I am about to install jaws on my grandson’s new computer so that I can try and help him. His first complaint is that the first screen looks like a cell phone. There is a button that can change the appearance but it does not stick. I think that there should be a way to make the change permanent.

I had the same thing happen but it was when I would ault f4 out of Outlook. A tech guy told me when jaws stops talking do insert, window key and ault f4 to turn jaws off, you will hear a sound from your computer then do window key r and type in jaws with the number of jaws virsion you are running

You can change the percentage on User Account Control (UAC permissions. This may help, but may also open you up to unwanted software. (You can do that in the Control panel.) However if you are sure that these folders do need to be deleted, then press shift+F10 on a highlighted folder and arrow

Hi Mike, You can not create identities in Windows Mail, without a third-party program. I suspect you have added another e-mail account, so you will have to create message rules to sort the messages. Also, you will have to remember to choose an account or set one as the default when sending
