What you have described by using insert+f4 will make the computer act like
Jaws is not on it.
Using insert + space bar then S mutes jaws, but my sighted wife has trouble
with the forms mode.

Partition Assistant will do the trick. If memory serves the 32 bit version
is free. I paid around $29.95 for the 64 bit version.
Note this is the kind of software that can really mangle things up if you
are not careful with it so do some studying first.
