This happens occasionally with latest Firefox and Jaws 15 on Win 7. With Jaws 14 it happened a lot! I used to restart the computer but discovered that I can use Alt Control Delete to go to task manager and make Firefox close. Much handier than having to restart the whole computer. Sherrie

Yes I have experienced this, and in my case the only way to close it is with tash manager. I have also had a few problems with Internet Explorer 11 not responding but not as much as with Firefox. Then when I start Firefox again it wants to restore my last session and I'd rather not do that

Hi Teresa, Have you tried pressing f5 when you go into the powerpoint? This should bring up the powerpoint slide show and you should be able to page up and page down to move between the slides. To read the associated content on the slide, use the up and down arrows. This works here using
