Hello. I know that there are JAWS users in other countries who use
alphabets that contain letters with accent marks above them.
I simply need to know how my e-mail should be set so that these are not
messed up in transmission. This also happens with Word 2010 as well.

the presets reflect the intention of what kind of blind user one is.
