Hi Tom,
I do not know how to do this in 2016, but in 2010 Alt, H, U opens the
bullets submenu and you would use your arrow keys to get to "None". I
cannot remember the command for getting to the Numbers submenu, but in 2010
it is the item to the right of Bullets on the ribbon. Maybe someone can
As I said in my previous note, I did this with no luck.
If I hit enter twice, the auto-numbering continues.
Don't understand why Microsoft feels that it has to dictate this aspect of
composing e-mail!

Hello, everyone.
How exactly does one stop auto-numbering when composing e-mails with Outlook
2016?
I used to be able to stop this feature in Outlook 2010 by simply hitting
"enter" several times between list items, but this doesn't seem to work in
Outlook 2016.

Hello,
I read a post where someone had the same issue I am having, but there was
never a solution posted. The original post was October 28, 2014 so I hope
someone can help me now.
I upgraded to jaws 17 and now I have a sappy voice for rsgames. I can't seem
to get them to a single voice, like
Jaws 17
Periodically I get the Message that the Jaws application file has stopped
working and asks if I want to shut it down. Anyone know what this is? How do I
get rid of it. Thanks Tom

I normally pop a copy of the portable image for windows on the hard drive
for example on a data partition and search for it in windows explorer.
If it comes up in demo mode that means that INI file is not coded as read
only. Simply place your name and the license code in the proper fields BTW

Hello,
I was hoping someone could help me out. I use a Brailliant Bi 40
with JAWS and I cannot remember the commands to select text using
the braille display. Also, does anyone know the commands for
alt, Windows, insert, function keys, and the JAWS key? I don't
have the screen reader
but it's not very jaws or anyother screenreader friendly I heard!

Hi All,
Is there a version of Quicken (Quicken 17, Quicken 16, or Quicken 15) that
is fully accessible with JAWS? I currently use Excel as a check registry of
sorts but one cannot sync Excel to the banking website, and I understand
that Quicken has many features that are quite useful,

Dave, the original question is slightly different from the way it was first
interpreted, and Mike got it right the second time. It isn't how to stop the
arrow keys being verbalized, but how to stop JAWS from giving certain kinds of
informational messages, such as how to handle particular
Nope. Go to Setting Center and then locate the "Manage Key Labels" page.
Mute the keys you don't want to hear.

Hi Again Lev,
I think I found the setting to stop Jaws from saying, use arrow keys. Open
your Jaws context menu / Options / Basics. When you open, Basics, you'll be
in a list of 3 radio buttons:

1. Turn off Menu and Control Help.
2. Announce Menu and Control Help.
