I am using win 7 and wlm 2012. I just looked at my wlm junk folder and there were almost 100 messages from the past 3 or 4 days. Quite a few were from this list. Probably the majority but many from other groups to which I subscribe. Not all messages from each group were flagged as

Adrian, thanks for the help but my problem has now been solved. One computer had outlook 2010 corrupted and needed a repair run on it and the other computer had the navigation setting unchecked. A technician friend helped me to take care of everything. Thanks to all for suggestions.

Hi, George. Your question is valid but slightly different from the original one in this thread. The fastest way I know to get to the top of the folders list is to press control-e while outside the messages. Tab twice to find yourself in a list of folders. Press home to get to the top folder.

I occasionally experience the run on word issue you seem to be describing.  It clears up when you change the reading format to the read from the raw print stream option.  Control shift 5 gets you the reading format list.  Arrow where you want to go.   Tagged readin format sometimes does not
