yeah, I got into that one time too, what a nightmare! Mine was a result of
facebook.
But now, I use the cloud to keep my contacts, and do not use window's
contacts which was through iTunes.
You first have to put all the contacts you want into your IOS
for, only
email address. This was quite a chore to fix.
