Jaws 13 is the only version that caused me a problem with authorization, one
morning I turned it on and it wanted me to authorize it, used my last key
but when I filled in the form I let them know exactly what happened, it was
not a change in computer setting.

Well, I did run into a similar problem with one of my clients.
No matter what we did, her jaws wouldn't update,
So, I turned off the UAC user account control, and boom, the jaws updated
just fine.

You not intervening here. Type UAC into the search box and it should come up.
Then just tab around and it says something like turn this off. If you need
