Hi Jim,
Windows 8.1 comes with the metro app called simply Mail. Like most Metro
apps, it leaves a lot to be desired. I have not fooled around with it too

Hello, I am not running 8.1 but I am running eight. It comes with a built in
Mail app. I think it is a decently accessible. Better than the music and video
