Here is what I do to manage Outlook invites. After I read the info about the invite, I: use ESC to close out of the invite press the down arrow once and then the up arrow once. This moves the cursor so that focus is put back on the item in the list that you just read. I do not know why this

Chris, You should be able to open the message and then press your alt key. If it doesn't open to the, message tab, then right arrow until you see that tab. Then tab through your options. Accept, tentative, reschedule and so on. -- From:
