This may be off topic as far as JAWS is concerned, but I am a Roadrunner customer, and have had problems with the ACB server for years. Apparently, for some reason, Roadrunner periodically blocks traffic from the ACB's IP address because it perceives it as spam. What you need to do is to contact

In a later post on this, it was suggested to contact ACB for there server ip. Well that is not going to get that ip and they surely won't do that to unblock it. Because its not being blocked. If it was then you would see a message come back telling you it was blocked. See if its blocked from
