If you go to www.adobe.com there is a link right there on that page that says something like Adobe Flash Player for 64 bit systems. If you click on that, and read the page, it says that flash player isn't supported in 64 bit browsers on 64 bit systems, use a 32 bit browser, or go to

I am also using Jaws 12. I have XP with Outlook Express on my home computer and Windows 7 on my laptop. I am trying to retrieve my Charter E-mail with my laptop when traveling. I appreciate the help. I was able to get to the step with the x. When I press x it says there are no check boxes.

There is no way past it. Jaws doesnt support the environment. The environment doesnt have true graphics drivers so the video intercept will not go in properly. Its time to look at the reasons for why your wanting to run XP in a virtual environment and find a solution for that instead. Bob

There is a service called mail2web at www.mail2web.com that can retrieve emails. Each email wil have a checkbox, and you enter on the email to read it. You give it your email address and your ISP password. in a minute or so it comes back with your emails. you can also delete unwanted emails

On the laptop, in your mail program, go to Accounts and add your e-mail account to this computer. if it is a googlemail account, there will be one additional thing to do but won't confuse you with that unless it is. Then, when you open mail on the laptop, it should retrieve your mail.

Why don't you call charter and see what they can do for you getting your email out of town. All providers have second web pages to get there email when the main pages goes down. They can also setup any email client they support and live mail is easy if you got the info. All FS knows is jaws.
