PS: when installed, sign in as normal then go to tools then to options, and go to the layout section in the list. Press tab, and untick the following boxes: Show favourites, show groups, show the tab bar, and show the what's new list. then click ok, this'll make your experience a lot easier.

Hi It isn't specifically a blind sight. However, christiancafe.com is quite accessible with JAWS. I just relabel any of the buttons or links that have extra text. This is a feature in JAWS I love. For instance it has a link that states tell-a-friend-off-button. Well, It sounds offensive.
