Hi,
How was this authorisation issue fixed? I'm getting the same issue,
following installation of JAWS 16. I am asked to re-activate the software.
Is this normal?

The most likely reason you are being asked to authorize, after installing the
release of JAWS 16 is that the key you had on the computer, we set for JAWS 15
rather than 16. When you do the authorization now, it is simply trying to
update the key on the computer to cover JAWS 16.
Hope this

Probably better, Try pressing ctrl+f6 once or twice. or, press
JAWSKey+Escape to refresh the screen; Or, Press F5 to refresh the page;
or, if none of the above work, Press ctrl+9 to restore the last tab.
occasionally, pressing the tab key multiple times will get you to the
main page.

Lucky so far, I'd say. Most sighted people just don't get that there's a
difference between pdf images of text and pdf text itself. And
sometimes, people only have paper copies of documents which they must
somehow convert to pdf's: so they scan and then convert them as they go.

Most likely the key you already had on your system is authorized for something
beyond 15 and there for was just waiting for 16 to arrive.
I am going to upgrade my lap top shortly and I will have to draw down an update
to its' authorization since I only take ILM keys as needed and never before.
I use Vipre also and if I received an alert like you got I would delete
that program with .exe extension that I did not download myself just to
