I have always used MP3Tag. The version I use is an older one. A while back I upgraded to a newer version, but didn't care for how Jaws worked with it so I downgraded. I have no idea what version they're on now as I've stayed on my old one since it does everything I want. I'd have to check later

Hi Lenny, Have you tried to use Openbook to read it or, another OCR program? I don't have a protected PDF file to play around with so, I can't experiment. 1 other thought, since the text is on the screen, try virtualizing the window, selecting all the text, pasting it into Notepad to see if

If you get an email and want to add a contact from that email, you are supposed to be able to right click on the contact of interest, then hit add contact. I tried this today and no matter what I did, the add contact item never came up. I got cut, copy, paste, select all, and a couple other
