Also, ensure that the relevant window is maximized before you right-click. I've sometimes found that the JAWS right-mouse key opens the 'correct' menu then only . A reason for it not working when you arrow etc, could be that the virtual cursor is not placed exactly where it could right-click on

FYI*from another list* I have found an answer for an issue I had with the Windows 10 upgrade and iTunes not detecting my iPhone. I have read a lot of posts that say Apple Doesn't Support Windows 10 which might be true but let's fix it so we don't have to wait until Apple has a proper fix.
