if you only want the language turned off for the browser you use then while your browser is opened press the jaws key and 6 to open the settings center. go to text processing , open the general menu. then tab to the list of options. they are in there for the screen, and keyboard.

Rick, this is quite interesting. All but Ccleaner monitoring have been cleaned. For Ccleaner I get the message that I either need admin privileges or that there is no entry in the registry. Ccleaner is one that I removed the registry entries It won't hurt to have that one in the list.
