well I have a dell laptop, I use+PageUp/Pagedown fn+PageDown lowers
volume,
fn+PageUp increases volume.

Hi all, a friend of mine just installed JAWS 9 and I E 8. When he goes to
internet explorer, all it will tell him is open parent document button. I know
there's a way to fix this, but I just can't remember. Any help would be
